Minis At The Mill 2025, We Need Help!!

 

In 2025 we appointed a committee to prepare for and run Minis at the Mill (MATM).

 

The event, as always, will be held on the first Sunday in November at the Birdwood Motor Museum. 

 

Already our Sub-Committee has locked down the venue, some of our food/coffee vendors and a significant number of event sponsors.

 

The Sub-Committee includes the following members, currently being guided by Alex and Di from our Operational Committee:

Daniel - Sponsor Liaison

Annie - Marketing

Ryan - HR & Volunteer Management

Agnes - Admin and Finances

 

We are seeking an additional volunteer to manage the Sub-Committee, and be the main point of contact with the Hot Bricks Operational Committee.

 

Whilst Daniel has locked in some great sponsorship for the event, personal circumstances mean we will also need someone to assist with finalising those sponsorship arrangements, packing of goodie bags for the day, and the like.
